With new international developments and partnerships and a widening programme offering, as a member of the executive team, you will be responsible for helping drive the University towards its goals of growth and enhanced student experience. You will be an advocate for inclusivity and champion a culture that encourages everyone to challenge themselves and others to be the best they can be. 

Driving professionalism and leading and developing the People and Culture team, this is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in creating a fully engaging and inclusive culture and leading the implementation of our People Strategy. We are looking for talented leaders with experience of embedding ED&I practices and delivering cultural change from across the education and wider public and not-for-profit sectors.  An affinity for our mission and values is essential and the ability to demonstrate how your experience and skills translate into a university context.
